Quranic Addresses: Public and Particular

To know each religion, the first step is “to refer to its holy books to get the most authentic understanding.” One of the most important issues regarding Quran is Quranic addressing which has been divided into different groups. In the present article, we are going to outline these groups, pointing out the fact that apparently all the addresses of Quran meant Prophet Muhammad but in the deeper layer, they refer to his nation; one of these addresses which is harsh, is addressing Prophet but in fact it refers to his nation. The methodology of the present study is description – documented analysis by the use of verses and Islamic traditions.
