The impact of public participation in the management of livestock theft prevention Case study: city of Islamabad West 88-90 years

The growing trend of increasing livestock theft fundamental threat to the economic conditions of rural living in border areas such as the West has created Islamabad. What the police in this regard can be done as an emergency measure، efforts to increase public participation in the prevention of stealing cattle. The present study aimed to investigate the role of public participation in the prevention and management of livestock theft in the city of Islamabad West has been done. This research study is a quantitative survey was conducted. The sample group of 65 thousand، with a sample size of 310 villagers and police commanders up to 15 people. Independent variable، dependent variable is the concept of public participation and prevention of theft of cattle with two dimensions of social protection and to prevent the situation. Spearman correlation test was used to examine assumptions، independent t-test and regression analysis was used to predict the dependent variable changes. Research findings and the results show a correlation، between participation and prevent livestock theft to the positive relation 0. 42 is straightforward. Therefore، to increase the turnout may prevent livestock theft increases. Also، the results of this study suggest an explanation: the participation of 24. 4% and 14. 2% of the changes in the social protection status updates to prevent theft of livestock explains.
