Oocyte donation reproduction and the legitimacy of the Islamic Jurisprudence

Oocyte donation is a method of infertility treatment for infertile spouse. This paper investigates Islamic legitimation this method of Infertility treatment and kinship maternal relation between one of them (donor or infertile) and the child. There are plenty of reasons that the Oocyte donation is illegitimate, such as: Neglected the right of the child, the disturbing family relationship, the use of sexual fluids and organs outside the family circle and undermine the reasons of Oocyte donation legitimacy. There is a kinship maternal relation between Oocyte donor and the child and there is no any kinship relation between infertile woman and the child.
