Analysis the effects of Organizing and settling of tribes by emphasizing on the security dimension (Case study: Kalekooh in Saveh)

Generally organizing and settling of tribes is mainly done with the aim of development, rubbing off deprivation and better services to the underserved population and also securing this society. In Iran this strategy has been implemented during the last years in the tribal areas. Therefore, the evaluation of its effects and consequences, especially the security effects on tribal communities is very important. Therefore in this paper, the possibility of development and improvement the lives of tribes in Iran have been studied in both migration and settlement in the form of a coherent conceptual framework. The main purpose of this study is evaluating the effects of implementing the settlements plan Kalehkoohi tribes in Saveh city. Required data have been collected by field method using a questionnaire (designed by the researcher) and depth interviews with heads of households and also by a library/ documents method. The statistical population of research consists of 89 families that for all of them with methods of counting all the questionnaires have been completed by the researcher. The results indicate that Organization and settlement plan of Kalekoohi tribes in Saveh, it has caused to some extent security of job and economic in the case of career changes, cultural and social insecurity and vulnerability in the case of cultural changes, health and food security by access to facilities, satisfaction with the quality of life, increased human and financial security and also improvement the use of food and changes in patterns of consumer durable goods.
