Future Scenarios of International Systems and Role of the Islamic World

After collapsing the bipolar system، nature of the new international system was complicated. Due to this ambiguity، many Scenarios have been brought forward to explain future of the world system. In this regard، many scenarios such as unipolar، multi polar and uni- multi polar have been mentioned to clarify the future of the world system. This article tries to explain these questions: what is the most probable kind of world system and what is the role of Islamic world in such a system? To answer these questions the authors believe that the nature of current international system is in transitional mode from unipolar and uni-multi polar to multi-polar one. The main players of such a system beside the United States are rising powers like china، India، EU، Japan and the Islamic world. In this situation، the Islamic world because of its geopolitical، cultural، resources، great population، have the main role as a pole in future international system.
