Islamic jurisprudence and creating civilization (Wilayat al-Faqih - the guardianship of Jurist- and City of Anticipation)

In this writing, the relation between Islamic jurisprudence and civilization is discussed in detail. The hypothesis of this writing is that governmental jurisprudence is civilization builder and al-Faqih - the guardianship of Jurist- in the time of Absence starts to build civilization and design city of anticipation by fulfilling governmental jurisprudence. Designing correlated jurisprudence which supervises the social systems is one of the requirements for fulfillment of governmental jurisprudence. Proving this point, we will reject the opposing hypotheses. These hypotheses, that claim that jurisprudence and civilization are separate or the utmost rule of jurisprudence is observation, are related to personal jurisprudence not governmental jurisprudence. our methodology is descriptive- analytic and the result is that the goal and responsibility of Shia society in the time of Absence is to reject Taqut(illegitimate rulers) and so to have social inclination toward the legitimate deputies of Imam Mahdi(A.S). And the responsibility of these deputies is to establish the city of anticipation by implementing governmental and civilization builder jurisprudence. And this will set the ground for the city of Reappearance.
