An Exploration of Effective Factors of Stewardship Behavior in Hajj & Pilgrimage Organization

This research has been done with the goal of investigating the effective factors of stewardship behavior in Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization by using conventional content analysis. To do this، 18 people of best stewards of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization participated in our interview following a deliberated sampling and performance evaluation codes. The texts of interviews were categorized in the framework of thinking units and ultimately four themes. The results define four factors affecting stewardship behavior، namely emotional factors، cognitive factors، personal background factors، and role-related background.
