Statistical Analysis of Sustainable Development in Uremia City

This paper aims to evaluate the aspects of sustainable urban development in Uremia through a descriptive analytical method. For this purpose, the models of sustainable urban development including sustainable municipal economy, sustainable urban society, sustainable urban house, sustainable urban environment, sustainable urban access, sustainable urban access, sustainable urban life, and sustainable urban democracy were selected and categorized together with 35 variables. In order to achieve the research data, we used the ideas of citizens of Uremia through survey method using questionnaire. The statistical society of research includes 322 citizens of Uremia selected by multi-stage cluster sampling and simple random sampling. To analyze the dimensions of urban sustainability, we used linear regression analysis, logistic analysis, algorithmic analysis, and tree analysis of data for recognizing the tee analysis. According to the results, the perspective of urban sustainability aspects indicate that sustainable urban democracy; according to the citizens ideas, was recognized in an inappropriate condition compared to other aspects of urban sustainability, through identification of two branches and cumulative average of 22.32. Linear regression analysis, logistic analysis, and algorithmic analysis of the research aspects indicate that two aspects of sustainable urban place of residence and sustainable urban democracy have the least effect on urban sustainability in Uremia. Total integration of regression models is indicative of influence of 0.101 of aspects of sustainability on sustainable urban development in Uremia.
