Evaluation of Astan Quds Razavi printer using the BSC

Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a recent innovation management organization from four perspectives of management evaluation and to providing a comprehensive overview of the business to be senior managers. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the performance of the printing of Astan Quds Razavi by using the BSC. The main research question is whether the performance of Astan Quds Razavi is at the printer? The research method is descriptive in nature is applied to the survey. The population of this research are managers and expert's printers of Astan Quds Razavi is a total of 80 people, so to collect data for all community members, were chosen. The data collected through a questionnaire which its validity and reliability of its validity was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. T-test was used to analyze the data. The results show that the performance of the printing of Astan Qods Razavi perspectives: financial, customer, internal process and learning and growth is desirable.
