troduction: This research was to investigate and rank the problems to the staff assessment was conducted in the field of behavioral science research. Problems was of the workers in the study of organizational problems، economic، cultural، family and mental health status. This study was a descriptive – analytical Staff in a military environment is looking to identify behavioral problems In this way، a library of methods، and the field is Commensurate with the size of the population، 435 individuals were selected using cluster sampling. In this way Is used the Delphi method and field. And to assess the mental state of the general health questionnaire (GHQ) was used. For data analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics such as means comparison test and Mann-Whitney test (Mann-Whitney) and Kvryskal Wallis (Kruskal-Wallis Test) with the help of SPSS software was used. Comparison showed that the staff problems are: economic problems، institutional، family، mental health and culture. Most workers in the field of economic problems: insufficient income، Based on organizational and economic problems of inadequate facilities and Mortgage، The family-driven: the absence or lack of training for families، About 19% of people tend to focus on mental health disorder and The cultural center: poor families and children to participate in religious ceremonies. The results obtained with variables such as gender، age، education level، work experience and type of housing were analyzed. This study investigated the role of participatory needs assessment which identified problems and this is the first step in the empowerment and the development of health research shows.
