Spatial analysis of the relationship between land-use and type of crime committed with the use of local entropy model (Case study: the relationship between residential, commercial banks with the crime of evil in Tehran)
The type and extent of land use and land use in urban areas, the impact is undeniable in the formation of behavior patterns of normal and abnormal. In many cases, the lack of a specific user has facilitator or preventive role in crime, so identify the relationship between the crime and the effectiveness of crime prevention is crucial in the planning process. The present study aimed to analyze the type of land use and crime in urban areas, the relationship between the type and the amount of residential, commercial banks have been measured the crime of sedition . This descriptive analysis, applied research that is conducted. The data is collected based on the documentary and field methods. For local analysis the relationship between studied variables is examined. The results of spatial autocorrelation variables showed significant clustering patterns in the field of criminal mischief in Tehran. Due to the density in certain areas of Tehran's criminal offenses and land adaptation and meaningful communication and studied uses in some areas is very strong and represents a highly significant (P Bonferroni) is. The findings emphasize the need to do more research to determine the causes of crime by type specific functions only within the identified spots and try to reduce the impact of these factors in order to prevent and control crime in specific areas shows.
