Comparative study of the legal status of NGOs in Iran and France: from the establishment to work

THE NGOs one of the most important -state actors. For this to compile useful organizations the state regulations regarding established and codified their activity. This study sought to explain the issue and established barter their activities in two Iranian legal system and France.
