Interactive Functions of Knowledge Management Processes and Corporate Culture on Improving Organizational Performance

In this work, the identification of relationships between the knowledge management processes and organizational culture is performed and interactive functions of these variable on the promotion of organizations operation is investigated. The research method base on describe and the object of applied roles by questionnaire research was performed. Statistics community of the research contains all of managers, owner opinion experts and faculty of police science university in management and security part that total number were 230. Then, the questionnaire was samely distributed between them. This research was performed in police performance at 1394 year. In this research using describe statistics information of biology population, gap variables analysis and component of the research was obtained. Also, variety methods of deduction statistics including of Pearson correlation test, T single variable test, Kolmogorov test, criminal daman test and path analysis test is used. The obtained results using from test equations structure and index of fitness model show that this model is meaningful and the knowledge management processes variable has a directly effect assigned to size 0.930 one organizational culture variable while indirectly effect non- Assigned for it. So, total effect of knowledge management processes variable on organizational culture will same 0.930. So, the total effect on organizational culture on donor promotion operation factors is 0.896.
