The Proposed Model for the use of soft war in media diplomacy

Media diplomacy is one of the new concepts in the field of international relations that has a varying of function and dimensions in diverse areas of advertising. Today, cognitive function and the basic structures of this type of diplomacy as one of the most vital components of the relationship between states and nations have been at different scales. Now a change in the function of the media is to look at the global tool of the great powers has occurred that they use new media as a tool in the war against hostile powers or their non-conformity. In other words, a strategic audience War opaque and transparent process be accepted. The aim of this study is to understand the process of launching soft war to convince public opinion of the media diplomacy. The authors explain how the soft war in media diplomacy works, and expansionist countries using this technique in the media and also to provide a model for the deal and take advantage of this tool for Islamic goals.
