Designing Prevention Police Training Strategy in Tehran

The purpose of this research is to design prevention police training strategy in Tehran. The variables discussed include opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of Tehran's Prevention Police. The present study is applied and its method regarding the nature of data collection is descriptive survey. The population of this research is chief stations, police chiefs and deputy commanders of police units and prevention police managers, deputy managers and experts of assistance of Tehran's training and education which was up to 200 people available according to members of the population, the sampling is census. To collect data on theoretical literature library method and to collect statistical data, field method is used. The questionnaire is designed by the researcher, and includes 65 items. The reliability was assessed by confirmatory factor and the validity through Cronbach's alpha coefficient and the number was 821. The findings indicated that the outcome of the internal and external performance of Tehran's Prevention Police in the training sector is conservative strategy (WO). IE and SWOT Matrix were used for data analysis.
