Designing and Codifying Ethical Standards of Sports Teams in Armed Forces

The aim of this study is to design and codify Ethical Standards of sports teams in armed forces.The present research purpose is exploratory and its method is collecting survey. The statistical population is all the coaches and athletes of the Iranian armed forces (N = 720) formed the sample based on the questionnaire (60 questions) with five Likert scale number (n = 306) were selected randomly. Describing the statistical data of the mean, standard deviation and percent frequency distributions were used. According to the questionnaire, exploratory factor analysis to identify the perpetrators and confirmatory factor analysis to investigate the relationship between the agent and relationship questions with a scale factor questionnaire was used. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to test hypotheses, one sample t test, t-test and one-way ANOVA, multivariate analysis of variance and Friedman's test at the significant level (P≤0/05) was used. In exploratory factor analysis, a KMO test (in order to adequacy of the sample) was equal to 0/891. Also it's assumed that the correlation between questions via Bartlett's test of sphericity (P≥ 0/01, X2= 16709/02) was approved. Finally, all the questions are designed by principal components with varimax rotation was approved. The questions in 9 of the "rule of law and respect", "courage and away from fear", "honesty", "responsibility", "human dignity", "chivalry", "trust", "collective interests and solidarity" and "confidence "It can be predicted that the questions based on the total variance of 66.20 percent. Operating reliability of the questionnaire, respectively, 0/90, 0/81, 0/71,0/80, 0/74, 0/80, 0/78, 0/84, 0/73and 0/79 on the reliability of the whole system of ethics If found acceptable Md.dr Factor Analysis questions, all questions linked to significantly higher levels of (T value= ± 1/96) with their agent. The well test (good) fit, x2 to df ratio of 2/52 and root mean square error of approximation RMSEA 0/074 (good fit model), respectively. Also, all operating with the concept of a moral system has a positive and significant relationship between the level of (T value= ± 1/96), respectively. The development of a moral system that arose from religious and national culture, could be valuable for coaches and athletes of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
