Factors affecting the realization of the learning organization in the Islamic Republic of Iran Police

Today, all organizations try to survive their own. Because they maintain in the turbulent environment, they must exist non-dynamic form ans conduct to learning organization. In this context, and to achieve a learning organization in the Islamic Republic of Iran Police conducted the study and main research question in this case is proposed: "organizational factors affecting the realization of the learning organization in Najakdamnd? The statistical polulation are students in Police University in 1394 and a whole-of component are the total number of officers and 200 personnel respectively. The 131 personnels were selected based on Morgan table. In this study, after examining the records and documents; the most important factors affecting the realization of a learning organization and related theories were identified on the police and on the basis of questionnaire of 30 closed questions for supplying and distributing was performed Likret spectrum. Push data analysis with spss software and t-test, chi-square is. As a result of the above hypothesis was confirmed four proposals were presented with respect to the realization of a learning organization in the police.
