Evaluation the changes procedure of quality and quantity function of sweet corn by applying different colorful mulches in Iran

To evaluate the effect of the different, colorful, plastic mulches on the quality and quantity function of the sweet corn (Golden Grain Variety), A study has been conducted in statistical plan form of the complete random blocks with three repetitonal experiments in cluding transparent black, white, plastic mulches over blue and black mulches, and free- weed bare soil and bare soil with the complete weed intervention in cultivating year, 1389, at research farm in the Islamic Azad University, Varmin- Pishva branch. By applying mulches, corn morphological traits such as number of tillers, bush height, leaf area index, leaf dry weight, stem dry weight, corn diameter, corn length increased. By mulching, Grain height, Grain number per rowand corn number, and generally corn function compared to non- mulching corn was greater. By applying white plastic mulch over black mulch, the weet corn was 13853 kg/ha. That compared to the control treament bare soil with complete weed intervention increased 119/8%.
