The Model of Organizatrional Intrapreneurshipin Barriers in Defense Industry Centre With the Use of three Branches Model

Organizational intrapreneurship development in dynamic and competitive environments need suitable infrastructures. This study investigate the barriers to intrapreneurship in defense industry using three branches model. After the literature review of subject¡ hypotheses were developed. In this study¡ 195 questionnaires were distributed among defense industry experts. For analysis of data¡ in descriptive statistics techniques such as frequency¡ percentage and mean were used to examine demographic questions. In inferential statistics in order to test the research hypothesis one sample t test and Friedman test for prioritization hypothesis research and indicators and components are used. The findings suggest that behavioral factors with t = 35.785 and t = 22.223of entrepreneurship is in good condition and the other factors is not in good condition. The results of analysis of data¡ shows that in defense industry there aren’t intrapreneurship behavioral barriers¡ but there are structural and contextual entrepreneurship barriers. Intrapreneurship behavioral barriers are fewer among the highly educated people. Therefore¡ it can be concluded that in defense industry people are entrepreneurs¡ but are not substrates for entrepreneurship.
