Management and Commandment in Conjunction with the Expectations of the Supreme Leader (P.H.): Indicators of Model

This study clarifies and develops the indicators of management and commandment in conjunction with the expectations of the Supreme Leader (P.H.). Doing so, it gathers data on desk (books, essays and internet) and in field studies (delivering questionnaire to pundits, experts, managers and efficient commanders in the armed forces). Finally, the outcome of the study suggests that the expectations of the Supreme Leader (P.H.) on management and commanding are estimated in reliance with Islamic, revolutionary and specialty indicators as his majesty focuses on the implementation of the Islamic rules and orders besides the protection of the Islamic Republic of Iran's interests and national security.
