Effective factiors to choose Rasht city as the gastronomic tourism destination in network of UNESCO creative cities

Abstract:
Nowadays the development of sustainable tourism is deemed necessary and creativity in tourism and the use of potential creative city in the fields of literature, music, crafts or performing art, film, design, media arts and feeding can solve many of the current problems of society such as unemployment and low income affect and can cause achievement in sustainable and improved economy of citizens’ lifestyle. In this study, affective factors on the choice of Rasht city as a food tourism destination in UNESCO Creative Cities Network are studied. Two questionnaires were completed as personal and electronic by the incoming tourists to the city of Rasht. Depending on the type of survey and data collection, non-experimental, cross-sectional study of library and documentary Stowe techniques, methods and field reconnaissance surveys (interviews and questionnaires) were used.
Most of the touristswhotraveled to Gilan were in theagecategory of26to 35years , which is formed about 47.40% of the sample size, and this statisticsshow the higher welcome of young people. The results ofhypothesisofthemotivating factorssuggestthat the variables of"Gilanian food experience " and"Gilanian hospitality" are significantly effective to chooseRasht as a destination city and the results ofprioritizedmotivating factorsFriedmansuggests that thevariables of "The experience ofthe local foods", "Gilanian hospitality" and" Gilan weather " have thehighestratings andare more important in terms of thetourists.
The findings produced by the hypothesis of absorbing the impact of variables "Gilanian food diversity" and "Natural Attraction" and "Weather" of Gilan is the chosen destination and prioritized according to the test results of absorbing Friedman, "Gilanian food experience", and " Gilan weather", "Natural" and "buy souvenirs" and "adventure" variables had the highest average rating , therefore, are more important.
The result of the assumption of the limiting factors shows that despite of initial default research, the variable of "lack of infrastructure" in limiting the choice of destination Gilan has no significant effect.
Inprioritizing thelimitingway factors, the result of Friedman test"Geographical distance variables betweenGillanandthe rest", and"The total cost of the trip toGilan" are considered as themostimportantfactorslimitingmeansfortouriststo travel toRashtstudy.
