The Comparison of Psychopathology, Brain/Behavioral Systems and Life Style of Individual With and Without Migraine Headaches

Migraine headache is a disease that has relations with psychopathologydimension¡ personality and life style. The aim of the current study was to investigate and comparison the psychopathological dimensions¡ brain/behavioral systems and life style underlying psychological constructs in patients with and without migraine headaches.
This casual-comparative study was carried on 50patients with migraine headaches from the Health centers in Salmas City that were selected by purposive sampling method and were compared with50 healthy participants. The data were collected by three questionnaires including Symptom Checlist-90-R (SCL-90-R)¡ Gray-Wilson personality questionnaires¡ and Health-promoting life-style profile. According to multiple facts of the comparative variables¡ the multivariate analysis of variance method (MANOVA) was performed P The results indicated that there was a significant difference between two groups in psychopathology dimensions¡ brain/behavioral systems and life style (P The results indicated that patients with migraine headacheshadlowhealth–promoting life style and high psychopathology dimensions. Therefore¡ it is vital to care for health –promoting life style and psychopathology of individuals in curing Migraine headache.
