Sequencing CL9P4 Gene Camel of Sistan

In today''s world because of the growth all kinds of diseases¡ especially cancer and infectious diseases¡ the demand for novel therapeutic approaches such as monoclonal antibodies is rising day by day. Including CL9P4 gene¡ which encodes the monoclonal antibody is named in the camel. Because of the lack information about gene CL9P4 camel native to Sistan and benefits of the gene¡ the aim of this study was isolated¡ sequenced and Alaymnt of sequence with other sequences similar to the databases of genes such as NCBI with the goal of providing suitable for vaccine production plant.
