Consumer rights in Islam and its function in the Iran economy

Speaking of the consumer is speaking about all persons in society and the search for consumer rights, the search is for all their rights. In this paper, has been used analytical–descriptive approach. According to this article, Islam has investigated consumer rights, the government's responsibility in this matter and take the necessary action to support it. Sanctions of riba, prohibition of hoarding and etc intransactions are only examples to support consumer rights in Islamic jurisprudence. The second part examines the performance of the Iranian economy in the field of consumer rights.
