The Relationship between philosophical mindedness of managers with organizational culture prisons in North Khorasan

The administrative system is one of the most important elements in internal and external efficiency of any organizational role, they have a philosophical mind and logical thinking managers in the organizational culture will affect individual workers. In other words, this study seeks to answer the question of whether the philosophical mindedness of managers with organizational culture prisons in North Khorasan relationship or not? The methodology used in this study is an applied descriptive. The population, prison managers and staff of North Khorasan in 1394 to 250 (of 100 managers and 150 employees) and using Grjsy table Morgan 40 managers (high and middle) and 80 employees were selected to. Measurement tools included two questionnaires with 60 items philosophical mindedness and reliability (81%) and organizational culture questionnaire with 60 items and reliability of 87% is based on the Likert scale.
