The Relationship between philosophical mindedness of managers with organizational culture prisons in North Khorasan

Abstract:
The administrative system is one of the most important elements in internal and external efficiency of any organizational role, they have a philosophical mind and logical thinking managers in the organizational culture will affect individual workers. In other words, this study seeks to answer the question of whether the philosophical mindedness of managers with organizational culture prisons in North Khorasan relationship or not? The research questions with regard to the three dimensions of philosophical mentality (comprehensiveness, flexibility, meditation) managers, and organizational culture indices were studied. The methodology used in this study is an applied descriptive. The population, prison managers and staff of North Khorasan in 1394 to 250 (of 100 managers and 150 employees) and using Grjsy table Morgan 40 managers (high and middle) and 80 employees were selected to. Measurement tools included two questionnaires with 60 items philosophical mindedness and reliability (81%) and organizational culture questionnaire with 60 items and reliability of 87% is based on the Likert scale. Research to analyze the data and decide confirm or reject hypotheses, Pearson correlation coefficient and the Pysazmany of the expected impact of philosophical mentality of manager's indices have been used multivariate regression culture. The results showed that the philosophical mindedness of managers and organizational culture with 95% confidence level and a correlation coefficient of 56 /. There is a significant relationship. The regression model analysis showed that the philosophical mindedness of managers able to predict 31% of variance in culture Samani employees and a total of 39% of the organizational culture of philosophical mentality is predicted by the flexibility and comprehensiveness of the philosophical mind of the greatest impact organizational culture is.
