The relationship between psychological capital and job satisfaction of staff Imam Khomeini Relief Committee East of Mazandaran province

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and psychological capital city Relief Committee is Behshahr. The research is descriptive correlational The population consisted of all employees working in Mazandaran province East Relief Committee, which is number 132. A sample size of 97 subjects with Tables krejcie Morgan and randomly selected stratified by gender. Collection tool in this research psychological capital are Luthanz and field and Ruth job satisfaction questionnaires. Reliability study using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated for each order 0/81 and 0/89. This study aimed to analyze the test data correlation and regression were used. The results showed that, the capital city of psychological and Job satisfaction Relief Committee Behshahr Is there. Components of psychological capital (hope, self-resiliency, optimism) and Job satisfaction Relief Committee Dard.s·hm each component of the capital city there Behshahr Psychological Relief Committee on Job satisfaction varies Behshahr city. The capital component of psychological factors with impact factor 0/78 efficacy, hope the impact factor of 0/52 and optimism with impact factor 0/65 in the regression model remain and are actually able to explain the role of job satisfaction and resiliency factors with an impact factor of 0/21 is removed from the model.
