Investigation of Relationship between Competence and Professional Grows of Staff in Zahra Environmental Protection of North Khorasan

The purpose of this research is to stady the relationship between Competence and Professional Grows of Staff in Environmental Protection of North Khorasan in 2013. Main hypothisis of this research: there is a relationship between Competence and Professional Grows of Staff in Environmental Protection of North Khorasan. For this purpose Competence as independent varable and professional grows as dependent variable is studied. This research is part of applied research. Method of research is descriptive kind of correlation which includes total employees in North Khorasan envirmental protection in 2013. Sample size consists of 100 people who were selected by census method. For data collection, two questionnaires include 30 questions (Likert scale) in five dimensions (Competence, Self determination, Impact, Meaning, Trusting) and professional grows include 21 question. Data analysis was done by SPSS software and descriptive and inferential methods were used. The results of this research were shown that there are relationship between Competence and Professional Grows of Staff in Environmental Protection of North Khorasan. Results were shown that there is positive relationship between Competence, Self determination, Impact, Meaning, Trusting and Professional Grows of Staff in Environmental Protection of North Khorasan.
