The evaluation of Islamic Azad university of Qom and Qom university as pioneer learning organization from the view point of the Academic members.

Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the situation of Islamic Azad University, Qom Branch and Qom University as the pioneer learning organizations from the view point of the faculty members. The method of the research is descriptive -survey. The statistical population were the faculty members of the two universities. A sample of 206 was randomly chosen and classified based on the estimate sample charts using the volume of the Morgan and Krejsie populations .Data collection tools were the recognition of the learning organization (FLO)of Bob Guns , containing 11 cloze test in likert scale with the reliability of 0.79. The analysis of the data showed that Islamic Azad university of Qom and the state university of Qom do not have a suitable position as the pioneer learning organization from the view point of measuring criteria There is not a significant difference between the situations of the two universities in having the criteria of the pioneer learning organization. The faculty members showed no significant difference.
