Relationship between organizational structure and entrepreneurship in Jihad-e agricultural organization of North Khorasan province

In modern organizations, entrepreneurship mentality and its application is inevitable. What makes an organization successful or not is the capability of its founders. To enhance entrepreneurship, there should be an appropriate basis. An efficient organizational structure is one of the requirements for such a basis. The study was motivated to identify aspects of organizational structure that are related to organizational entrepreneurship. It is a correlational descriptive- survey research; in terms of research questions and the nature of the problem, the research is of applied type. The statistical society consists of 193 employees and experts with higher education degrees. Of these, 130 were statistically chosen and were given a questionnaire. The results confirm the hypotheses. They show that complexity, formality and centralization are negatively correlated to entrepreneurship. Centralization has the highest correlation, while complexity has the lowest complexity.
