The impact of organizational communication on implementation of human resources management architecture, Research in County of Khorasan-e- Razavi

This study examined the impact of organizational communication on human resource management architecture is conducted in one of the government agencies. Type of applied research and its methods - descriptive survey. Data collected through the questionnaire consisted of three parts¡ the first part of demographic information the second part effective organizational communication assessment is based on six components Robbins model and consists of 37 questions and the third part of the questionnaire for the measurement of Architecture human resource management¡ human resource architecture model consists of 19 questions from readers and colleagues (2012) is after ensuring the reliability and validity of instruments measuring the sample size of the study population were managers and experts Khorasan Razavi analysis of data was performed using SPSS and LPS software. The results show that an effective organizational communication have a significant positive relationship with human resource management architecture and contribute to its implementation.
