Survey of relationship between organizational justice and competitive intelligence with the effectiveness among staff of youth and sports office in Sistan and Baluchestan

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to survey the relationship between organizational justice and competitive intelligence on the effectiveness among staff of youth and sports office in Sistan and Baluchestan. This research was a descriptive and correlation survey which was conducted. The study sample consisted of all employees (N=248) employed in the Office of Youth and Sports in the province. Nyhvf organizational justice questionnaire and Moorman, competitive intelligenc based on Deschamps and Nayak and Roach and Santi model,organizational effectiveness and Parsons questionnaire have been used .Due to the lack of normal distribution of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results,so statistical analysis was done by Spearman correlation test.
