The effect of the concentration of humic acid and nitrogen on quantitative and qualitative characteristics herb thyme Thymus Vulgaris L

To study the effect of humic acid and nitrogen fertilizer on the morphological and biological characteristics of experimental plant during 1393 at the Agricultural Research Station of Islamic Azad University of Varamin (leader) in a randomized complete block design with 12 treatments, including different levels N (nitrogen) at three different levels of humic acid level in four levels in three replications. The essential oil is extracted by distillation and measured. Essential oil compounds were identified using the GC/MS device.The main components of essential oils and essential oil yield and statistical analysis was performed. The results showed that the three different levels of nitrogen fertilization on yield significant at 1% chlorophyll content, fresh weight, dry weight, the amount of thymol, the nitrogen shoots, net assimilation rate, leaf area index, speed product growth, relative growth rate showed the four different levels on the characteristics of chlorophyll and net assimilation rate was significant at 5% level, the interaction of nitrogen and foliar application of humic acid as well as the amount of thymol, the nitrogen shoot, index leaf, did not show significant differences.
