Spatial Analysis and Gradation of Development Indices of Healthcare Services in Hamedan Province Townships (By Usig Topsis and AHP and Cluster Analysis Technique)

Balanced and harmonious development of geographic spaces requires the close and comprehensive investigation of economic, social and cultural issues and better knowledge of society's needs and its improvement. Therefore, nowadays management is considered as one of the main factors of growth and development and any weakness and deficiency in this element will have harmful events for that set and can be considered as a factor for increasing the gap between different sections of improving regions. The objective of the present study is to investigate the situation of healthcare and gradation of townships of Hamedan. The dominant approach of this study is descriptive-analytical method. In the research, after identifying factors affective on improving healthcare services to adopt weight to each of them by distributing questionnaires based onthe ideas of 30 experts of healthcare section, the weight adopting of each of these indices based on hierarchical analysis was conducted. Then using TOPSIS, improvement of the townships in healthcare section was identified. To analyze the data and designing the maps, Expert Choice, Gis software programs were used. The results obtained indicate that indices of healthcare in Hamedan has not been distributed equally and many discrepancies has been observed among the townships in terms of healthcare services in such a way that Hamedan and famnin located in the first and the second rank and Kabudarahang and Bahar, in terms of enjoying healthcare indices located in the last ranks respectively. Concerning that the issue of health is one of the most important principles of life in the challenging 21st century, this important issue requires manger's and official's particular attentions.
