Mehregan Feast (Eid) in Islamic Era and Its Reflection on Arabic Literature
Feasts are cultural features of different tribes which their emergence philosophy can be read in ancient historical and literal contexts. Mehregan Feast (Eid-e Mehregan) is one of the greatest traditional feasts which could be held in Islamic era and in Omavi and Abbasi dynasty. Historical and literal contexts, especially in Abbasi dynasty, could indicate different aspects of Mehregan Feast very well; such as Mehregan's emergence and its effect in the society.
