Primary Prevention of Crimes and Violations and the Effective Factors, According to the Teachings of the Holy Koran

Nowadays prevention of crimes is one of the problems, in the human societies and organizations. By correction of social, cultural, and supervisory situations, it is possible to prevent crimes in the societies. One of types of prevention , is primary prevention or social prevention, which is inspired by medical sciences. In this types of prevention, they destruct the basis of crimes. One of the most effective factors of primary prevention, in Islamic societies, is paying attention to teachings of the Holy Koran and taking help of it. In Islamic societies, heavenly rules and religious values, should be criteria of prevention methods, as the source of prevention principles. Considering defects in human, which is mentioned in the Holy Koran, and using suitable tactics and fading or removing the defects, using educational, advertising, and supervisory tactics, which have been written in this holy book, it is possible to reduce perversions and crimes. Just it should be considered that one of the greatest damages in this way, is the borrowed training that influences the innate training and it should be avoided. So it is important to have an interpretation of the costs of crime preventions, as an investment. The outcome of that capital will be the improvement in the public security.
