Accrediting Management Performance Model of the Faculty of Kabul University

The aim of this study was to validate performance management model of teaching staff at Kabul University, and correlation method was used. The questionnaire was used to collect data and for confidentiality of validity and reliability. The discussion was done with three interviewees and three lecturers’ assistant and two Ph.D. students in educational management. Their opinions and suggestions were considered to finalize the items of the questionnaire. The instrument’s stability with the use of Cronbach Alpha was 0.94. The data were analyzed using structural equation and Lisrel. Five component and general category in a format of paradigm including individual condition and factor, organizational (University) conditions, condition and performance of Ministry and University, strategies to improve performance of teaching staff and result of programs with sub components. These caused to shape performance management model. The result of indicator suitability of structural equation model of the study shows that all indicators reported properly and predicted variable explained 60% variance of depended variable.
