Sustainable Tourism Development Principles in Iranian Rural Landscapes: Case Study: Ghalat Historical Village

Day by day we witness a profitable industry growth at the tourism in the national and international level and the rural tourism has been allocated a significant portion of these revenues to itself¡ therefore this paper discuss the Issues related to rural tourism in the historic village of Qhalat (Iran). At first by using descriptive analysis research method we define the rural tourism and its principals and in the following by field surveys¡ interviews and photography we adapt these principals with the current situation in the village of Qhalat. Villages at the global level have different resources (historical¡ natural¡ cultural¡ …) to attract tourists that these resources can be identified and in order to promote their level¡ programs can be designed and implemented. According to the results of the research the subject of complaints from local residents about the lack of an organization to identify¡ plan and implement projects needed to attract tourists and increase the income level can be achieved.
