A syntactic-semantic analysis of منصوب به نزع خافض based on the Holy Quran

One of important issues in the field of implication and aggression is "ãäÕæÈ Èå äÒÚ ÎÇÝÖ" . It is an idiom related to ãÝÚæá Èå " ”. By referring to its definition, a syntactic-semantic analysis will be done in this paper. It tries to indicate what is the relationship between word and meaning and to what extent Arabic syntax focuses on the meaning. With respect to this aim, function of "ãäÕæÈ Èå äÒÚ ÎÇÝÖ" in the Holy Quran has been discussed by the author. The result will answer these questions: to what purpose deleting preposition is employed and what effect does on the sentence structure and its meaning. Since this syntactic element has the best status in the Holy Quran, the resource of this research is the Heavenly Book; the Quran. Researches shows that focusing on syntactic elements in texts particularly in a sensitive text such as the Holy Quran plays an important role in type of meaning and communicating it, and also, the most important factor in making a message in every language is its syntactic structure. So, it views that there is a unity between word and meaning. Meaning is derived from the words and there is a certain syntactic structure for communicating meaning. As a result, it can be said that tendency to the meaning will be more reliable than tendency to the words.
