The Role of Religiousness to Reduce of Organizational Incivility Behaviors among Employees of Mohaghegh Ardabili University

Abstract:
Objectives
This study examines the influence of religiousness in reducing the organizational incivility behavior.
Method
Research method is a kind of descriptive- correlation. The population comprises employees of University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. In Ardabil Provice and 169 persons were selected through random sampling. Data was analysed using correlation method and Muli-variate regression.
Results
The results showed that all factors of religiousness have positive effect to reduce organizational incivility behavior.
Conclusion
The survey Results showed that the Religiousness could reduce Organizational incivility Behavior
