Scientific publications review of allameh tabatabai university in scopus database

The present research review the scientific publications of allameh tabatabai university since foundation the university to april 2012, with using a scientometrics approaqch. Descriptive method was used and the population was all publications indexed in scopus. To analyze the data, excel and nodexi softwares were used to draw the scientific communication network graph.findings: The results indicated that all of these publications were 279 records in formats such as research articles, conceptual articles, articles presented in conferences, and articles in press. All of these two hundered and seventy nine publications were published in English language. although the quantity of the publications and the number of citations to these articles specially recently published in comparison with other internal universities significantly is not high, but generally are progressive. Findings indicated the progress is the outcome of just some researchers attempt. At the end of the article we presented the solutions for the progress of allameh tabatabaI university publications in the future.
