Investigating the Effect of Information Technology and Knowledge Management on the Supply Chain Agility

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of information technology and knowledge management on the supply chain agility in Alborz Darou and Alborz Distribution Company. The statistical population of this study includes employees of Alborz Darou and Alborz Distribution Company. The population consists of 426 members. A sample of 205 employees was selected through random stratified sampling method. In order to determine the sample size, Morgan Sampling Table was used. This study is a descriptive-survey research and is a correlational one. In order to collect the research data, a questionnaire was used. The validity of questionnaire was measured through content, convergent, divergent validities and its reliability was measured through Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient, factor loading, and composite reliability. The research data were analyzed in the SMART-PLS. The results revealed that information technology affects knowledge management significantly; knowledge management affects supply chain agility significantly; knowledge management affects the relationship between information technology and supply chain agility significantly; finally, information technology affects the relationship between knowledge management and supply chain agility significantly.
