An Introduction to the principles of preaching based training

Purification and education are two key concepts in Islamic education and some original words such as educator and teacher will mean based on these two basic words. The purpose of this study is to clarify the priority of purification on education, expressing some characteristic of educator and differences between educator and teacher and identify the types of features based on the Quran and narrations. In this research descriptive-deductive method is adopted. The results show that "purification" is a double-aspect term. It has a negative aspect which means removing evil and a positive aspect which means development and spiritual growth. Its priority on education is ranking Priority while not diminish the importance of education. Each teacher, if only pay attention to education cannot be a good and valuable teacher, but each educator must also be an academic and professional teacher. Another important thing that must be considered is that in Islam there is not serious difference between teacher and educator, but there are some exact intricacies in their essential characteristics such as Consistency of vision and psychological insight between the educator and trainee or teacher, honesty in practice, having a good character, effective communication and scientific qualifications, that this study dealt with.
