The effect of the experience of military service (police, army, army) on the stress stressful job environment

Abstract:
The aim of this study was paid to effect of military service experience, or corporate events and perceived job stress in these jobs. The population of this research is male and female employees in stressful jobs which contain 5 first jobs in stress full jobs. These jobs include firefighters, public relations director and airport staff, managers and sailors in Bushehr. According to the research population is approximately 120 people and using Cochran formula sample of 105 people was considered. The research data analysis software SPSS and through trial compared two independent society; Mann-Whitney test was used. The results show that people who are in military service experience in a business environment with stress, experience less stress. The study sought to find out the impact of demographic variables on work-related stress is experienced military service. The study examines the impact of military service experience focused on work-related stress. As the results show that people who have served in the Law Enforcement Force (NAJA) when subjected to high stress work environments have less stress.
