The impact of knowledge management strategies on knowledge management performance, Case study: Islamic Republic of Iran Railway Company
Knowledge management is a process that helps organizations to find important information, select, organize and disseminate. In this study examines the impact of knowledge management strategies on knowledge management performance in the Railway Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The present study is an applied descriptive research. The target population included all employees of the railroad Islamic Republic of Iran is that the number of 9672 people. Samples are taken in accordance with the above formula 369.52. Therefore, we distributed 370 questionnaires. Descriptive statistics were used to display demographic information. Inferential, Cronbach's alpha for test reliability, the test population mean (t-test) to determine the status of variables and path analysis and logistic regression analysis was used to test hypotheses. According to the data analysis of the first hypothesis "when the organizational maturity of the company's high external ballast documented strategy has the greatest impact on knowledge management performance" Confirmed. The second hypothesis is that "when the company's organizational maturity and knowledge of the corporate environment, there is little systematic strategy of knowledge management has the greatest impact on performance"Was rejected. The third hypothesis "when low corporate organizational maturity and knowledge of high corporate environmental strategy (personal) Outer greatest impact on the performance of knowledge management.”And the fourth hypothesis"when the company's organizational maturity and knowledge of the corporate environment there is little strategy (personal) Interior greatest impact on the performance of knowledge management" Were approved.
