The Quality of the Safavids king's action towards the farmers and peasants class

The quality of Safavids kings’ action towards the farmers and peasants class is one of the subjects that is not perfectly known in the Safavids history. Such action, in this article will be study in tow standpoints: one from viewpoint of judgment, and other from aspect of attention to the status of their economy (specially of the donation of taxes and reduction the gratis services).
Therefore, the main question is posed that what was the behavior of the Safavids rulers about the judgment and the donation of taxes of the peasants, as the most important social class in Safavids society?
In this direction, must be said that the taxes were generally heavy for farmers and peasants class in the Safavids era. So, the judgment and the donation of taxes by the Safavids kings, in each period, could be reducing these heavy pressures.
In the end, this article is tryinng to give an analise general about the result of this action.
