Effects of clove and emulsion of spearmint oil and methyl salicylate on anesthesia and blood glucose of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

One method commonly used to minimize or mitigate the effects of stress on fish is the use of anesthetics. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of clove and emulsion of spearmint oil and methyl salicylate (CMSE) on anesthesia and blood glucose of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) (27.35±0.25 g).
