Instructional needs assessment of personnel educational services of Tabriz Islamic Azad University

The purpose of this study was to determine the instructional need assessment of personnel educational services of Tabriz Islamic Azad University. The research method was descriptive-survey and the statistical population included 79 staff, out of which using Morgan's table was selected as the sample size. The sampling method was the ratio stratified random sampling. Data were collected through a researcher – made questionnaire with 45 items on knowledge, ability and attitude domains. The results showed that the instructional priority needs orders were English, research methods, updated educational knowledge services and the use of computer as instructional media.
