Check controversial Islamic Revolution of Iran and America in the human rights based approach to realism and constructivism

Abstract:
In recent decades, the revolution in Iran Aslamydr human rights issues, including the core dispute between Iran and the United States of America and America and its allies (West) Islamic Republic of Iran has always been the strength of Articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, accused of non-compliance in different ways They are, on the other hand the Islamic Republic of Iran reserves its right to open the definition of the concept of human rights and its components based on Islamic principles, America accused of inconsistency of behavior in this area and this is one of the main difference between the two the country has become. This article is based on realism and constructivism approaches to study the contrast and show that the US-Iran conflict on human rights issues arising from the difference discourse between the two countries and both sides are trying to in the context of our discourse, it picked up and explain their meaning in other words the one hand, elements of discourse Tshkyl¬Dhndh the two different and even at odds with the other approaches to foreign policy in the context of the discourse is shaped and influenced by it This leads to behavioral conflict between the two countries in this field.
