The Presentation of I. R. Iran's Spatial Planning strategies for Mokran coasts With the approach of development and security

The aim of this study is to presenting Iran`s regional development strategies for Mokran coasts. The methodology of this research is descriptive and analytic. We used from the strategic model of SWOT to providing strategies. In order to validate the findings¡ we distributed the questionnaires between among the 80 professors and PhD students from largest universities. The results show that our priority must be using from the conservative strategies to develop this area; such as¡ «investment for the construction of infrastructure facilities in order to obtain the centrality of the North - South» ¡ «using from the capacity of interaction with the world''s ports for transportation and trade objectives» ¡ «State`s coherent and integrated planning» and «establishment of constructive communicate and interact with neighboring countries¡ especially countries in the field of central Asia and Afghanistan».
