EQUALITY IN THE USE OF PUBLIC SERVICES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL OF JUSTICE

What well see in this article are the cases of branches and public Jury of the Administrative tribunal of fairness of Iran about Equality use of public services. In the first we concisely analyze the theory of public service and we continue the article by the judgments of this organization. In some Judgments we can understand the subject of case we dont mention the process of case. But in the other we tell process of case to be better understood. We found that the tribunal has a positive point of view about Equality in use of public service. And doesnt let to governmental organizations to misuse of this rule. Our method in this investigation is describing and analyzing.
